The committee members of the cricket club SCCG are elected by the official team members every two years (changed to four years in 2020) during the general assembly meeting, presided by the Chairman and the General Secretary. Each elected committee member strives hard to fullfill his role and responsibilities

A special assembly meeting has to be called by the committee if requested by at least a third of the number of regular members of the club, especially to discuss any changes to the club administration, if and when necessary.

The present members of the administrative board ( SCCG Committee ) are officially listed in the Vereinregisterauszug.

General Assembly Meeting 2020

The general assembly meeting for the years 2020-24 was conducted in the second week of February 2020, and the new committee members were elected by the attending team members. The team elected Hasan as Obmann/ Chairman, Karthik as Obmann Stellvertreter/ deputy Chairman, Pratik as Schriftführer/ General Secretary and Pradeep as Kassier/ Treasurer. They will hold the positions until unless changed till the date 04.02.2024.
The club’s elected committee has been officially registered (submitted on 06.02.2020) with the authorities, and several key decisions to compete in various tournaments were decided upon immediately. Additionally, it was also decided that annual meet-ups off the field would also be proposed in the coming months, along with official recognition for outstanding performances by SCCG players.
A special committee meeting and was called for at the request of 7/9 full members in the beginning of March 2020, and an open election was held online (COVID19 measures) as requested for the change in the committee position of Obmann. Mr. Waqas Ahmed was elected as the new Obmann and began operations from March 20th, 2020.

General Assembly Meeting 2018

The general assembly meeting in 2018 was the club’s first official meeting and was conducted in the month of february, and a committee was elected in general to manage the club activities. However, the committee was not officially registered, and the founders of the club (Shyam, Karthik and Hasan) officially held the committee positions since the registration process in the previous year.
However, other important decisions on participation in several competitions, club statutes and membership regulations were decided upon, by the several regular team members of the club.
